Allstrap Beta Tool Testing Policy

⚙️ Beta Tool Disclaimer & Terms of Use


Thank you for participating in Allstrap’s beta tool testing program. Our goal is to develop the most reliable and effective battery-powered steel strapping tools—including tensioners, sealers, cutters, and combination tools—and your field testing helps us achieve that.

These tools have undergone full engineering review, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA), but real-world usage may reveal issues not found during lab testing. For that reason, we require all users to review and accept the following terms.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

By receiving and using a beta tool from Allstrap, you agree to:

  1. Inspect the tool before every use.
    Operators must check the tool before each use to ensure all parts are intact and functioning correctly—including the battery, motor, cutter, tensioner, and sealer components.

  2. Verify every seal.
    Every strapping seal must be visually and physically verified. If any seal is weak, inconsistent, or incomplete, the tool must be removed from service and reported to Allstrap.

  3. Use only trained operators.
    Only trained personnel may operate the tool. All safety standards, PPE requirements, and best practices must be followed.

  4. Use the tool only as intended.
    The beta tool must only be used for its designated strapping application and within the specifications provided by Allstrap.

  5. Report any issues immediately.
    Any performance problems, defects, tool failures, or safety incidents must be reported to Allstrap right away. This feedback is critical to our development process.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE

By using the tool, you agree to the following terms:

  • Allstrap and its affiliates, employees, and contractors are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of a beta tool. This includes personal injury or death, property damage, tool malfunction or failure, or lost productivity and revenue.

  • You acknowledge this is a pre-release tool and accept full responsibility for any risks associated with its use.

  • You agree not to bring any legal claim, lawsuit, arbitration, or action against Allstrap or its employees for any issue related to the beta tool.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold Allstrap harmless from any claims or costs (including legal fees) related to the use or misuse of the tool.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By receiving or using the tool, you agree to these Beta Testing Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, do not use the tool and return it to Allstrap immediately.
