Allstrap Opinion: This is our favorite combination tool for regular duty steel strapping. It is lighter and has a smaller footprint than most tools, making it easier to use. It has an initial cost advantage, but the huge difference is in replacement parts, the most common being: feedwheel, knife, and dies. The ASC costs 1/3 of what other combination tool wear parts cost. This tool has a very low cost of ownership, and the wear parts are easy to get to and replace. Buy this tool if you use regular duty strapping.
