Fromm's P330 Battery Powered Manual Plastic Strapping Tool

The Fromm P330 Battery Operated Plastic Strapping tool has been DISCONTINUED and has been replaced by the Fromm P331. The Fromm P330 was the first HD tool for 1" poly strapping, now it is getting a big brother. The Fromm P331 can use 1" or 1.25" poly strapping.  For additional uses, accessories can be used as extra options. The P330 is compatible with a suspension bracket for stationary applications, a wearing sheet and plate for rougher surfaces, as well as a turning button kit. With an ergonomic design and a small handle, the Fromm P330 is a well-balanced tool for all strapping positions. It has a simple one-handed operation and pulls exceptional tension force. This tool offers an adjustable sealing time and has easy strap threading. For operation, both straps are inserted together. The welding lever locks in bottom position and allows the preparation of the next strap insertion during the welding and cooling process. The P330 welds after pulling tension and has a quick battery exchange using the latest Li-Ion battery technology. This tool comes with 2 Lithium Ion batteries and a charger. 

The Fromm P330, like all Fromm tools, is a high quality and dependable strapping tool. The fact that it is battery powered automatically simplifies the strapping process. Powered by lithium ion battery technology, the model features user-friendly charge indicator and can strap 200 to 300 applications per charge. It used to be people didn't trust a joint without a metal seal. However, friction weld sealing has more strength than traditional steel strapping and metal seals. Friction weld sealing with the P330 holds up to 75% joint efficiency depending on the strap.  It can also achieve strap tension of 250 pounds to 1,300 pounds, which can be adjusted based on the particular strapping application. Poly strapping is the new hot item in the strapping industry and is a big cost saver for companies.
